1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all ElevaSkill offerings. By enrolling, purchasing, or otherwise accessing our services, info products, or goods, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services – Executive Skill Upgrade Courses
Our Executive skill upgrade courses consist of live or recorded training sessions designed to enhance professional competencies.
2.1 Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy for Services
- Cancellation & Transfer: You may cancel or transfer your enrollment up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Transfer requests received within this window will be accommodated without extra charge, subject to seat availability.
- Refund Eligibility: For cancellations made at least 14 days before course start, we will refund the paid fees in full via the original payment method within 10 days of approval.
- No Refund After Start: Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued, as seats and resources are reserved in advance and cannot be reallocated.
3. Information Products
Information products include digital materials such as e-books, recorded videos, templates, and guides.
3.1 Refund Policy for Information Products
Due to immediate access and non-recoverable delivery, all sales of information products are final. However, if technical issues prevent access, please Contact Us within 7 days of purchase to receive a replacement file or a credit toward a different product.
4. Goods
Goods are physical items sold through our platform, including training kits and branded merchandise.
4.1 Refund and Policy for Goods
- Returns: You may return unused goods in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
- Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 10 days.
